Appointment Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount – NO REFUND
  • Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price PARTIAL REFUND
  • Appointment cancels 24 hour or more in advance will be charged  25% of the scheduled service price (PARTIAL REFUND), unless if the appointment is cancelled on the same day preceding your appointment and a full refund will be given


  • Online cancellation availability is set automatically by each of the service provider.
  • When ‘Cancellation: Anytime’ or ‘Cancellation: x hours prior’ is shown, it means online cancellation is allowed by the provider and will be made available to user anytime or up to ‘x’ number of hours prior to the appointment time.
  • If online cancellation is available, users may cancel their appointment anytime without incurring any charges. If payment is made previously, a full amount will be refunded.
  • If online cancellation is not available, cancellation must be done by contacting the service provider directly. If payment is made previously, the service provider will need to initiate the refund (facility provided by rocqup). The refund amount or percentage will be in according to the service provider own terms and conditions.
  • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount (no refund) or at the discretion of the service provider. Any inquiry on this will need to be taken directly with the service provider.
