Your skin may be beautiful, but unless you’ve been living inside every moment of the day, your skin also likely has some sun damage—even if you can’t see it. And that damage can lead to unwanted wrinkles and spots, or even more serious conditions.
Whether or not you’ve noticed damage, there are ways to stop the sun from further harming your skin, and taking steps to reverse some of what’s already occurred. For example, using sunscreen is always advised. But sunscreen shouldn’t be the end-all, be-all.
You should also take steps such as wearing a hat, avoiding the sun during the hottest parts of the day, covering up with lightweight clothing and even (believe it or not) drinking coffee!
